Sports skills with Dan
In our sports sessions with dan we have been focusing and practising the following;
Dribbling a ball using close control to weave in and out of cones.
Throwing and catching using ‘catching hands’.
We threw a ball into a tyre to increase aim, using the correct amount of power.
Built towers with the buckets and then practiced our aim by throwing a tennis ball to knock it down.
Balance beanbags on a tennis racket that took a lot of concentration and balancing skills.
We also went on imaginary adventures to the zoo where we built a bus and drove on the road, jumping over the speed bumps!!
