Exploring the seasons in Forest school
In Forest School this week we have talked about how the trees change during each season.
The children then chose to draw the winter trees using crayons. This helped to develop there observational skills and knowledge and understanding of the world
The children were also interested in going on a worm and bug hunt and they found lots of wiggly worms under the logs in the mud! They work really well together and helped each other to move logs and stones so they could look underneath. The children love to be out in the forest school in the mud. its one of the favourite parts of the day!
