Christmas Themed fun with 18mths

The 18mths room have been having so much fun over the last week,  Christmas is definitely all around!

We had a tuff spot full of a winter wonderland of fake snow and sparkly tinsel, that we loved to explore and mix with our hands.We printed with Christmas baubles dipped in paint and decorated pine cones to look like little trees. 

The ladies wrapped us up and took us outside to crunch in the frosty grass, leaving our footprint trails and then we painted the fences & shed with water on our paintbrushes.

We made tasty gingerbread men and were so interested in the mixture that the ladies let us have it in our role play, we loved squashing it into the cake cases and rolling it with the rolling pin.

Also we danced with the ladies and stood mesmerised as they sang the ‘Reindeer Pokey’! (Unfortunately, we didn’t get pictures of this as everyone was enjoying it too much to remember to take any!!) 🙂
