Middle Nursery

Middle nursery is for children from 18 months to 3 years. It has been designed to allow continuous play both inside and out with several areas opening out into the garden. Here children are encouraged to develop and become more independent.

Activities are created to provide the widest range of experiences and a sensory area allows children to develop their feelings and emotions.

Staff are commended by Ofsted for regularly evaluating the outcomes for the children they are caring for to ensure that the service continues to effectively improve.

The children’s levels of achievement are excellent in relation to their starting points and capabilities. Staff consistently use all their own personal skills and insights into each child making great use of praise and confidence building to successfully teach children to behave well, respond enthusiastically and play cooperatively.
