Our Team
Smarties prides itself on its staff and a commitment to their continuous professional development . This ensures that the children benefit from staff keeping current with educational changes and research. Staff are recruited from the highest level and hold qualifications ranging from teaching degrees to degrees and NVQ’s in childhood studies. The nursery has an Early Years Professional who oversees the curriculum planning throughout the nursery. The ethos of the nursery is one of care and commitment to the individual child… and to you as Parents.
